This Privacy Policy explains how esGrowth LLC ("esGrowth", "we", "our", "us"), a limited liability company organized under the laws of the State of New Mexico, United States, collects, uses, and protects information you provide when visiting esgrowth.io (the "Site") or engaging us for services.
We do not use cross-site tracking, ad-network pixels, or third-party analytics on this Site. We do not sell or rent any personal information.
We share information only with vendors strictly necessary to operate the Site (e.g., email delivery, hosting) and only under written confidentiality terms. We do not transfer personal data outside the United States, the European Economic Area, or the United Kingdom in a manner inconsistent with applicable law.
Depending on your jurisdiction (including under GDPR for EU residents and CCPA/CPRA for California residents), you may have the right to access, correct, delete, or port the personal information we hold about you, and to object to or restrict certain processing. Inquiry data is retained for 24 months unless you ask us to delete it earlier. Engagement records are retained for 7 years to comply with US tax and accounting requirements.

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern access to and use of the website at esgrowth.io (the "Site") and any services performed by esGrowth LLC, a New Mexico limited liability company ("esGrowth"). By accessing the Site or engaging us, you agree to these Terms.
All paid services are governed by a separate Statement of Work or Services Agreement signed by both parties. The Site itself is provided for informational purposes and does not constitute an offer or commitment by esGrowth.
Site content (copy, design, graphics) is owned by esGrowth. You may not reproduce or republish it without written consent. Deliverables produced under a paid engagement are governed by the IP terms in that engagement's Statement of Work — by default, the client owns the deliverables upon final payment.
You agree not to use the Site or our services for unlawful, harmful, or fraudulent purposes, or in any manner that could damage, disable, or impair the Site.
The Site is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. esGrowth disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose, to the maximum extent permitted by law.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, esGrowth's total aggregate liability for any claim arising out of or related to the Site or services shall not exceed the fees paid by the claimant to esGrowth in the 12 months preceding the claim.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Mexico, USA, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. Any dispute shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Bernalillo County, New Mexico.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes are effective when posted on this page with an updated "Last updated" date.
